Designed by Veera Välimäki This hat is knit in the round from the bottom up, starting with the brim in garter stitch followed by cable patterns for the crown. The brim can be folded to wear as a beanie or unfolded for a more slouchy effect.
Recommended Yarn: 2 balls of (100% merino wool / 165 yards / 151 meters / 50 grams). The sample is shown in color 08 Light Grey.

Gauge (after blocking): 20 stitches & 40 rows = 4” / 10 cm in garter stitch with smaller needle 20 stitches & 34 rows = 4” / 10 cm in cable pattern with larger needle
